NOTE: Before leaving the factory. the factory will apply a certain anti-rust oil on the tool to protect the tool. It's normal. NOT used. NOT a hydraulic oil leak.

How to Use Our Hydraulic Tube Expander Kit ?

Please Measure the szie you need of the tube to confirm the head size. this kit comes with 7 sizes of heads: 3/8''. 1/2''. 5/8''. 3/4''. 7/8''. 1'' and 1-1/8''.

1. For hard tube. please Anneal the tube before expanding to prevent cracking or hard to expand.
2. Insert the Deburrer into the tube and rotate it clockwise smoothly to deburr the tube.
3. Turn the knob counterclockwise to loose and return the expanding pin. then install the specific expander head clockwise into the thread head of the tube expander gun.
4. Place the tube onto the expander head at a depth of 2 to 3mm. and push the expander levers lightly to expand the tube a little bit.
5. Push the handle until the tubing is expanded completely.
6. Rotate the knob counterclockwise and return the expander pin. take the tube out.
